Conference Wrap-Up

The 20th Annual MTIA Conference in Louisville, Kentucky was a resounding success and will surely be remembered as one of the most exciting, enriching, and relevant conferences in our association's history. 80 first-timers were in attendance and 12 new members signed up while on-site marking a 10% increase in membership, but strong numbers were only a part of what made this conference great. A superb group of speakers participated at MTIA 2009, passing along timely and relevant information to all in attendance. Every one of these presentations contained actionable material designed to help the MTSO thrive in an uncertain healthcare arena. Most of all it was the attendees that brought excitement and energy to all the events and social gatherings, and for that the MTIA Board and Staff are infinitely grateful. Thanks to all for another great conference and we hope to see you in Daytona Beach in 2010.
